Create an organizer account
One page sets up both you and your business. When it is done you have a dashboard, an organizer profile and the owner seat of your organization.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- The email you use must not have booked a trip as a traveler. See Which account do I need?
- Have your legal entity details to hand: business name, country of incorporation, legal form, the regions you run trips in, and your team size.
- You must be 18 or older.
- On asknavigator.ai choose Get started, or go straight to the registration page.
- About you: first name, last name, email, a password, and the box confirming you are 18 or older.
- Prefer Google? Tick the 18+ box first, then Continue with Google. Your name and email fill in and the password fields disappear.
- About your business, all required: business name, country of incorporation, legal entity form (pick from the list or type your own), at least one region where you run trips, team size, and the box agreeing to the Operator Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Create account. Your organization is created with you as its owner and a web address for your organizer page is reserved from your business name.
- If you signed up with a password, check your inbox and follow Verify your email. Google sign-ups skip this.
You are done when
Section titled “You are done when”You see your personal dashboard with the Getting started checklist: add a logo, tell your story, create your first trip, connect payouts, publish your organizer page, invite your team.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Work through the checklist in that order. You cannot publish a trip until your profile is complete and payouts are connected: see Get your business ready to publish.
If something is off
Section titled “If something is off”- “This email is already in use”: sign in instead, or reset the password.
- Rejected because the email has bookings: that address is a traveler account. Use another email for the business.
