Read a trip page before you book
A trip page holds everything you need to decide: the plan, the price, what is included, who runs it, and the rules for cancelling.
What is on the page
Section titled “What is on the page”- Photos at the top; tap one to open the gallery.
- The trip in brief: destination, title, dates and a description with Read more.
- Itinerary: one entry per day. Open a day to see its activities; open an activity for its details.
- What’s included and What’s not included.
- Map of the stops.
- Packages: the ways you can take this trip and the price of each, per person. Open a package for its details, including sleeping arrangements and how many people it sleeps.
- Accommodation and Add-ons, each with its own details.
- Organiser card with a link to their page.
- Price card: the lowest package price, the deposit if the trip offers payment plans, “Secure booking. Powered by Stripe”, and a Cancellation policy link that opens the refund rules for this trip.
- Take the trip with you: download a brochure of the trip as a PDF. See Download the brochure.
What the button means
Section titled “What the button means”| Button | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Book Now | Booking is open. |
| Join Waitlist | Booking is closed or the trip is sold out, and the organizer keeps a waitlist. See Join the waitlist. |
| Booking closed or Sold out, greyed out | Booking is closed and there is no waitlist. See The trip is sold out or booking is closed. |
