Share the information your organizer asks for
Organizers ask for information in two moments: a few essentials at checkout, and the rest later, which you fill in on your Profile and share trip by trip. Nothing on your profile reaches an organizer until you share it.
Where to look
Section titled “Where to look”Open Profile. The Requested info card lists each upcoming trip with what is still missing, a link to the field, and Review & share when everything is ready. The Today tab of a trip points here too.
Share with consent
Section titled “Share with consent”- Fill in the fields the card marks.
- Choose Review & share. A dialog shows exactly what will be sent; passport numbers show only their last four digits.
- Choose I consent, share with organizer.
The card then shows Visible to organizer with Revoke, which takes the information back for that trip.
Passport
Section titled “Passport”Under Travel document: passport number, expiry, issuing country, and a photo of the passport page. Upload a photo or PDF up to 15 MB. View opens it for five minutes; Remove deletes it. The photo is stored separately from the rest of your profile and only shared when you consent, like any other field.
Flights
Section titled “Flights”Under Saved answers, each trip has its own arrival and departure: date, time, flight number and airport, plus your return airport. Save it privately, then Share flights with organizer when the legs are complete. You can revoke later.
Custom questions
Section titled “Custom questions”Trips can ask their own questions. Answer them under Saved answers and choose Send to organizer. Unsent answers are highlighted, and the page warns you before you leave with unsent ones.
Emergency contacts
Section titled “Emergency contacts”Name, phone and relationship. Shared like any other requested field.
Keep in mind
Section titled “Keep in mind”After a trip ends, its requests disappear from the card. Two weeks after the end, the organizer loses access to your details except your email.
