The publishing checklist
A trip publishes only when the organization and the trip both pass a short checklist. The Setup tab shows the list as a status bar, and the publish buttons at the top of the trip stay disabled until it is green.
Your organization

Recommended but never blocking: map stops, a gallery of two or more photos, add-ons, the participant information you will need, highlights.
Publish
Section titled “Publish”- At the top of the trip choose Publish Public or Publish Private. See Public or private.
- If payouts are not connected yet, the first step of the dialog is Connect payouts; it comes back here when Stripe is done.
- Confirm. The trip’s status changes, the itinerary is frozen as the published version, and scheduled messages such as “two weeks to go” are planned from the start date.
If publishing is refused
Section titled “If publishing is refused”A list titled Finish these before publishing appears with a link for each item. Fix them and try again. See Why can’t I publish this trip?.
