Create a trip
New trip on your Trips page offers three starting points. All three end in the same trip workspace, where you finish the details before publishing.
Choose a starting point
Section titled “Choose a starting point”| Start from | Best when | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Manual | A new idea | A trip with the basics and an itinerary skeleton |
| Remix | You want to duplicate a trip you have run before | A copy of the parts you choose, with new dates |
| Upload | The plan already exists as an Excel or PDF | A draft itinerary read from the document |
Manual
Section titled “Manual”- Basics: title, destination (add several stops if the trip moves), photos, dates, and the maximum number of participants.
- Itinerary structure: how many days and the shape of each.
- Create. The trip workspace opens.
- Pick the source trip.
- Tick what to copy: details, photos, map, itinerary, packages, add-ons, booking and payment settings, requested participant fields, tasks, documents.
- Set the new dates. They must differ from the source trip’s.

- Create and finish the details in the workspace.
The trip workspace
