Your trip portal: My trips
My trips lists every trip you have booked or been added to. Open one and you get a portal for that trip with six tabs.
The list
Section titled “The list”- Your next trip sits at the top, with the days to go.
- Also on your calendar: later trips.
- Trips wrapped: past trips, kept for reference.
- Each card shows what is still due, or Paid in full, and a note if the organizer is waiting for information from you.
What can block a trip from opening
Section titled “What can block a trip from opening”| You see | Why | What to do |

The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”- Today: what matters now. Countdown, your readiness (profile, information requests, payments), what is up next and tomorrow, announcements from the organizer, your flight if you shared it, the weather at the destination, your balance. Tiles can be reordered.
- Itinerary: the organizer’s current plan, day by day, with your own add-ons slotted in.
- Payments: what you paid, what is due, your plan, receipts. See Pay a balance or installment.
- Add-ons: what you bought and what is still available. Adding one adds it to your balance; you pay it from Payments.
- Members: who leads the trip and who is travelling with you, with a link to the organizer’s page.
- Photos: pictures shared by the group in chat, plus the trip gallery. Uploading happens in the chat.
At the top of every tab: Download itinerary, a PDF of the current plan.
