Complete your payment after approval
On trips that review requests, approval comes with a short payment window. Pay inside it and your place is confirmed.
- Open “You’re approved: trip, complete your payment” and follow the link, or go to My trips, open the trip and choose Payments.
- Choose how to pay if the trip offers a plan, then Pay.
- A secure Stripe payment page opens. Enter your card and confirm.
- You return to Navigator. “Your spot is locked in” shows with Open my trip. If the payment page opened in its own window, it closes itself after a few seconds.
You are done when
Section titled “You are done when”The trip in My trips shows Paid in full, or your deposit paid with the plan’s next date, and you receive a receipt by email.
If something is off
Section titled “If something is off”- You closed the payment page: nothing was charged. Go back to Payments and pay again.
- You took longer than the hold allows: see My payment hold expired.
- “No card was charged” after cancelling the payment page: expected. Your place stays held until the window ends.
