What you agree to when you book
Reserving a place is a commitment. The Review step makes three things explicit, and nothing is submitted until all three are ticked.
The three consents
Section titled “The three consents”- Navigator’s participant terms. The platform’s terms for travelers, linked from the checkbox.
- The organizer’s terms. Their tour terms, shown as text or a PDF on the page. If the organizer has none, this box covers their cancellation policy instead, which is shown just above it.
- You are 18 or older.
People you add as extra travelers accept the same consents themselves the first time they open the trip.
What the organizer receives
Section titled “What the organizer receives”- The details you entered at checkout. They are the ones the organizer marked as needed to book.
- Anything the trip asks for later, such as passport details or flights, only when you choose to share it from your profile. See Share the information your organizer asks for.
- With These will update your traveler profile ticked, your answers are saved to your profile so the next booking fills them in. Untick it to keep this booking’s answers out of your profile.
Money commitments
Section titled “Money commitments”- Your card is charged only after your place is approved, or straight away on trips that approve automatically.
- The service charge is not refunded if you cancel. The trip price follows the cancellation policy shown on the trip page.
