Why can't I publish this trip?
Navigator refuses to publish while anything on the checklist is missing. The buttons at the top of the trip stay greyed out, and if you get as far as confirming, a list titled Finish these before publishing appears with a link for each item.
The two halves
Section titled “The two halves”- Your organization: profile complete and payouts connected. These are the same for every trip. See Get your business ready to publish.
- The trip: basics, cover, description, travel style, inclusions, a package, a cancellation policy, a complete itinerary, and a booking deadline when payment plans are on. See The publishing checklist.
Common ones
Section titled “Common ones”- Connect payouts: only the owner can do it, from Settings → Organizations → your business.
- Every day has an item and Every day has a cover image: open Setup → Itinerary and look for a day with nothing in it.
- Booking deadline: appears only when payment plans are on; set it under Setup → Packages.
- Cancellation policy: Setup → Policies.
