Use a booking invitation
Organizers can invite one person to book, for example when a place frees up for someone on the waitlist. The invitation is a link, with a booking code in the same email.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Opens checkout for that trip for you.
- Works after the booking deadline and when packages are sold out: sold-out packages become available to you.
- Approves your booking automatically; no waiting for the organizer.
- Does not unlock sold-out add-ons.
- Open “You’re invited to book” or “A spot opened up” and follow the link. Checkout opens with the trip ready.
- Or open the trip page, tick Invited from the waitlist? I have a code, and enter the code from the email.
- Book as usual: see Book a trip for yourself or a group.
If something is off
Section titled “If something is off”- “This invite can’t be used”: the invitation was already used, has expired, or was sent to someone else. Ask the organizer for a new one.
- Invitations are personal. Booking under a different email will not work.
