Analytics: who is looking at your trips

Analytics in your organization sidebar shows how your public pages perform: your organizer page, each trip page, and your appearances on Discover. Owners and co-owners can open it.

The numbers are totals since your first visitor. There is no date range to pick. The dropdown at the top switches between All Trips and a single trip, and the toggle switches the charts between Daily and Weekly points. Reload the page for fresh numbers; it does not refresh on its own.

Card What it counts
Mini-site views Distinct visits to your organizer page and trip pages. Each browser tab counts once, so a reload does not add a view, but the same person on a phone and a laptop counts twice. Shown for All Trips only.
Trip page views Loads of your trip pages. The same tab opening the same trip again within 30 minutes is not counted again. Filters to one trip when you pick one.
Discover served How many times a trip of yours, or your organizer card, was included in a Discover page or search result, whether or not the visitor scrolled to it. Shown for All Trips only.
Assets clicked Taps on your cover and gallery photos on the organizer page, trip pages and Discover cards.

Two line charts below show Discover impressions and Trip page views over time.

With All Trips selected, a banner names your top trip by page views, with its views and its clicks on Book Now or Join Waitlist, and another shows how many join requests you have received.

Shown for All Trips only.

  • Traffic sources: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, TikTok, Direct or Other. A link with a utm_source tag is credited to that source; otherwise the site the visitor came from decides. No referrer means Direct. To credit a campaign, add ?utm_source=instagram (or facebook, whatsapp, google, tiktok) to the link you share.
  • Top referrers: the websites that sent you the most visitors.
  • Countries: where visitors are, as far as their browser tells us. Under the chart, the split between mobile and desktop.

The Mini-site funnel shows four steps and the drop between them:

  1. Views: organizer page and trip page views together.
  2. Join requests: everyone who submitted a booking, joined the waitlist or received an invitation.
  3. Approved: requests approved by you or automatically.
  4. Paid: people who completed at least one payment.

By referral code appears once at least five payments have used discount codes, and lists the top codes.

  • Link previews and crawlers (WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook and the like) are ignored.
  • Visits are not tied to accounts, so your own visits to your public pages count like anyone else’s. The live preview on the Mini Site settings page never counts.
  • Mobile app visitors are not recorded as views.
  • The organization dashboard tile Mini-Site Views counts organizer page views only, for the last 7 days, 30 days, 12 months or year to date, with the change against the previous period. It is a different measure from the Analytics card of the same name, so the two numbers differ.
  • Each trip’s overview shows Page views for the last 7 days.
