Build and update the itinerary
Setup → Itinerary is the plan travelers read on the trip page and in their portal. Every day needs at least one activity and a cover image before the trip can publish.
Build it
Section titled “Build it”- One entry per day, with a title, a theme and a cover image.
- Activities inside a day: title, type, start and end times, a place, a description, a photo, and whether it is optional. Times must stay in order with no overlaps.
- Mark an activity’s visibility: public, participants only, or internal to your team.
After the trip is live
Section titled “After the trip is live”Edits no longer go straight to travelers. The Itinerary tab shows them as pending until you choose Publish Changes. You can tick Notify travelers, which sends “Update for your trip” by email and in the app.
The map
Section titled “The map”Setup → Map places the stops of the itinerary on the trip page’s map, with a choice of map style and the option to add your own pins.
Download on the Itinerary tab builds a PDF with the days and activities, with options for which audience it is for and whether to include images, addresses and descriptions. Travelers get their own version from the top of their trip portal.
