My booking was approved but I still owe a balance

Approved means the organizer said yes. Confirmed means you have paid what is due now. Between the two, your place is held for you for 30 minutes from the moment you start paying.

What to do

Open My trips, the trip, then Payments, and pay the amount due now: the full price, or the deposit if you chose a plan. See Complete your payment after approval.

What you get once paid

A receipt by email, “You’re confirmed: trip”, access to every tab of your trip, and a place in the trip’s chat.

If you do not pay in time

The hold ends and the place goes back to the pool. See My payment hold expired.
