What changes after the trip
When the end date passes, the trip is marked completed and a countdown starts on the participant details.

| Right after the trip | The Participants tab shows a “trip has ended” banner. Everything still works. |
| Two weeks after the end | Participant details are removed from your view. Only their email addresses remain, with Export emails for your own records. Trip chats become read-only for everyone. |
Before day 14
Section titled “Before day 14”Export anything you will need later: the participants CSV from the roster, the payments CSV from the Payments tab, vendor exports.
Archiving
Section titled “Archiving”A completed trip can be archived from Setup → General. Archived trips are read-only and hidden from travelers. There is no delete.
