Your profile and account
Two places hold your details. Profile is for travelling: who you are, your health needs, your documents, your answers for each trip. Settings is your account: name, photo, password, sign out.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Sections, each saving as you type:
- Account: name, email and a link to Settings.
- Personal: date of birth, nationality, gender, phone.
- Health and dietary: dietary needs, allergies, accessibility.
- Travel document: passport details and photo.
- Saved answers: flights and answers for each trip, plus anything you want to keep for next time.
- Emergency contacts.
A completion meter shows how much of your profile is filled, and orange marks show what a trip is waiting for.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Profile: photo, first and last name, phone, a short bio. Your email cannot be changed here.
- Security: send yourself a password-reset email, and sign out.
Deleting your account or exporting your data
Section titled “Deleting your account or exporting your data”Not self-service yet. Write to Navigator support from the contact details on asknavigator.ai and we take care of it.
